Before setting up Morgan & Neal, Dan and Sam spent 8 years working for one of the best recognised and long-established companies in the industry, Woodhams.

DAN OATES

A graduate of Pershore College, Dan has gained hands on experience over the last 12 years by working his way up to site manager. He has become an expert in interpreting designs to create a variety of gardens using both hard and soft landscaping. He has also built gold medal-winning gardens for Woodhams at Chelsea Flower Show.

SAM NEAL

Sam specialized in Horticulture and Landscape Design at Warwickshire College. During the last 13 years he has focused on design and build projects, working with several high profile garden designers on television programmes and also gardens and at the Chelsea Flower Show.
